Community Health group is seeking a BSN prepared RN to serve as the Clinical Nurse Educator for their Ambulatory Clinics.

Monday - Friday schedule, needs to be Spanish speaking. Any prior experience Training other RNs / LPNs / Medical Assistance is desired

Job Details

Clinical Nurse Educator:

* Mon-Fri, Days
* Outpatient Clinic
* Seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to serve as a mentor to new RN's, LPN's & MA's
* The Clinical Nurse Educator will assist with new hire orientation and on-boarding, oversee the CPR program, and provide EMR training to staff

Qualifications:
* Must be a Registered Nurse with BSN Degree
* Master's Degree Preferred
* Must have 5 or more years clinical experience in acute care, community health/health center, or chronic care
* Experience as a Nurse Educator, Trainer, Preceptor, Mentor or related leadership role
* Prefer experience leading new hire orienatations, ongoing clinical competencies, overseeing CPR program, EMR training or related
* Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
* Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) Preferred
* ACtive MA RN license or ability to gain state license
