Conference Goal: The goal of this conference is to explore the concept of “missed care” and the implications for our older patients in our healthcare systems. Presenters will provide a framework to address the elements of care often left “undone, delayed or omitted” in a variety of healthcare settings with creative strategies to assist in the re-prioritization of these care needs of older adults.

Audience: This conference is designed for nurses, patient care attendants, physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals who design, implement,
or oversee the care of older adults in the acute, post-acute, long-term care or community settings.
